SOME CHANGES IN EFFECT AT THE SHOP DUE TO COVID-19

JetSurf USA Factory Shop in Miami remains open for sales and service during the COVID-19 quarantine. Some of our team is working remotely, while others are coming in to the shop. The service center is working tirelessly to get everyone's boards back on the water as soon as possible. We've made adjustments here at the shop following CDC guidelines to protect our team & customers.

 

THE FOLLOWING CHANGES WENT IN EFFECT DUE TO COVID-19:

• The showroom is open for business by appointment only. You may schedule an appointment by email, or phone at +1 305 JET SURF
• We're limiting showroom traffic to guests that are in the store to purchase a JetSurf board. We love "just lookers", but during this time we need to limit store visits to protect the health of our clients and team. 
• If you aren't quite ready to buy and would like a one on one session with a sales person, we now offer a limited number of online calls per day. Book a time to talk with our salesperson at your convenience HERE.
• The parts department is will call only.  Please place your orders HERE. No walk up purchases allowed. 
• JetSurf Academy Miami lessons are currently not possible. The expiration date of all gift certificates issued in 2020 is extended until 6/2021.

 

JetSurfing is one of the remaining joys in this stressful time of quarantine. We're here to support your JeSurfing habit while doing our best to keep you in best practice with CDC guidelines of social distancing. We will get through this together!
