PAYMENT OPTIONS

Please note that only $1000 USD board deposit can be paid online. The balance is payable either in cash or bank transfer.

The $1000 USD board deposit is fully refundable!

We currently offer the following payment options:

  • Cash in store – those of you picking up the board, parts, or other accessories in our JetSurf USA store in Miami, can pay with cash in USD.
  • Bank transfer – a secure way to pay for your board without any additional fees. We fulfill your order once the correct amount has been received.
  • BitPay – pay for your new board with Bitcoin through trusted cryptocurrency payment gateway
  • Credit card payment – enjoy comfortable, fast, and secure Shopify payments.

Pre-Owned boards have to be paid in full online!

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND FEES – BOARDS

As the only official distributor of the JetSurf boards in the US, we ship the JetSurf boards to all states of the US. The board shipping fees are based on the following regions of the US:

  • Miami in-store pick-up - FREE
  • Fuel powered boards - $490*/board
  • Electric boards - $490*/board (the hull only) + $200*/each battery
  • Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean - custom price calculated based on your location

            *flat fee for the whole US

All shipments include insurance against damage of the board during the shipping process.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND FEES – OTHER ITEMS

We offer the following shipping options on spare parts, merchandise, and accessories:

  • UPS®Ground
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver®
  • UPS Next Day Air®
  • UPS Next Day Air®Early

The exact price of shipping is calculated during the checkout according to the weight of the package and chosen shipping method.

Please note that even spare part orders with UPS Next Day shipping have to be placed before 12 PM EST Monday - Friday to be shipped on the same day. Spare parts orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

 

WARRANTIES

  • All new JetSurf boards (beside the Race Titanium DFI board) come with 12-months warranty on all key parts
  • Pre-owned boards come with 3-months warranty on key parts beside the engine and ICU. The engine and ICU are covered by 6-months warranty
  • New spare parts come with 6-months warranty
  • Race Titanium DFI boards are for racing purposes only and do not qualify for any factory warranty. All other qualifying new board purchases include a 12 month warranty on specified parts.
  • Customer is responsible for paying the shipping of products to the shop when returning the goods and also for the shipping back to the customer.

 

TECHNICAL TRAINING

The Jetsurf is a state-of-the-art machine requiring care and maintenance. Therefore, it comes with one of the following training options (feel free to choose what you prefer):

  • Face to face technical training done at JetSurf Factory Shop in Miami while the board is being picked up
  • Online video maintenance tutorial followed by a control call

 

PRE-OWNED BOARDS

Pre-owned boards have only accessories included in the description, other accessory purchases may be made separately.

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one.
  • You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. We only accept returns on JetSurf boards that have not been ridden in the water.
  • Please keep the receipt and be aware that a 10% re-stocking fee applies!
  • Please be aware that there are no returns on helmets.

 

RETURN POLICY - SHIPPING FEES AND OTHER FEES

    • For all returns, please contact our office.
    • $1000 USD board deposit is fully refundable
    • Shipping cost are not returned and label for shipping back is not included
    • JETSURF USA does not cover the return shipping fee
    • Convenience fee and banking fees cannot be returned
    • If you are subject to a paid return, please note that UPS will only provide three (3) free pick up attempts.
