Board Purchase Conditions

Only deposits may be made for Jetsurf boards online. A sales representative will contact you for more information once you have placed a deposit. Full payments are due before pick-up or delivery of board. Florida state sales tax is applicable on all transactions completed in the state of Florida. 

The Jetsurf is a state-of-the-art machine requiring care and maintenance. Therefore, all board purchases require a 3-hour formal technical training in order to be eligible for warranties claims. No warranties will be issued without formal Jetsurf training by a certified trainer. Training is available at our location in Miami, FL free of charge or a trainer can travel to any United States location to deliver the board and administer the training for a delivery/training fee.

Delivery 300-600 miles from Miami - $350

Delivery 600-1200 miles from Miami - $790

Delivery 1200+ miles from Miami - $850

Hawaii and Alaska - $1750

Race Titanium boards are for racing purposes only and do not qualify for any factory warranty. All other qualifying board purchases include a 12 month warranty on specified parts. 

Brand new board price includes a board bag, stand, charger, fins, and tool kit.

Pre-owned boards have only accessories included in the description, other accessory purchases may be made separately.

All of our products are hand made in the Czech Republic. Therefore, board purchases are subject to a one (1) month lead time for standard models, and (2) months for custom designs. 

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one.
  • You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. We only accept returns on JetSurf boards that have not been ridden in the water.
  • Please keep the receipt and be aware that a 10% re-stocking feel applies!
  • Please be aware that there are no returns on helmets.

    • Shipping cost are not returned and label for shipping back is not included
    • JetSurf USA does not cover the return shipping fee
    • Convenience fee and banking fees cannot be returned
