The JETSURF service center is located in Miami, Florida. The service center handles regular service controls of JETSURF boards, warranty repairs and all kinds of non-warranty board repairs.

Before the service
Please see below for some helpful information about sending or dropping off your board for service.
The first step is to please fill in the web form below.
After we receive the above form, one of our representatives will be in contact with you with confirmation and to answer any questions you might have. In the event you don't hear from us; please feel free to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
and we will respond accordingly!
Now that the “hard part” is done, please note a couple of more things:
It is mandatory to send a fuel tank with the board when sending for service (THE FUEL TANK HAS TO BE EMPTY!).
If you are dropping off the board at our location, please keep the board bag with you. Include the board bag only in case of shipping to protect your board.
If possible, please do not send any of these accessories:
Bag (if a board is being dropped off), Fins, Kill switch, Tools, Charger (If there is an issue that we need the charger, we will ask you to do so).
Transportation fee to our store is on the customer.
Once we will receive the board; we will enter in our system for next steps and communicate with you accordingly:
Final service rendered
The last and most important step is to please respond with approval once the estimate is sent! The faster we get it the faster we can get you back riding!
Shipping of the board back to the customer is under same condition as shipping of new boards
